We will recover shipping to these areas soon.

1) Shipping to the U.S.
- Free shipping on orders greater than or equal to $50.
- For orders less than $50, there is a $8 shipping charge.
2) Shipping to other regions.
- There is a $15 shipping charge.
Deliveries are made on business days. (From Monday to Friday), Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day.
Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements. Delivery of products will be subject to the Terms of Service provided by the carrier.
Shipping to the U.S.

- Your tracking number and the express company name will be sent in e-mail immediately after we ship the order out. You can also track it on here.
- If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@bagsmart.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!
- From the moment you place your order, it has already entered the processing system. In this situation, please send us a return request after receiving the package. If you need to make any changes to your order, contact us at service@bagsmart.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. BAGSMART cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
Given the increasing trend of consumers buying goods directly, there's a rising occurrence of unfortunate incidents affecting well-packaged items. Regrettably, courier services often disclaim responsibility for such mishaps, employing intricate and inconvenient procedures for retrieval or replacement.To address this issue, we've introduced Shipping Protection Insurance, providing you with the option to enhance your shopping experience with peace of mind. Opting for Shipping Insurance means that in the event of your package being lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, we'll promptly replace your order without any inquiries. This spares you the hassle of dealing with the complex processes of third-party courier claims.

We will make every effort to try to retrieve the items for you.However, for orders that are returned due to incorrect or lost address information, the shipping fee will not be refunded. We are happy to resend the order to you, but there will be an additional shipping fee for sending the items to the correct address.
